8206 Ardenia Ln Water service turned off; inspection requested

Owner Castillo Ernesto Guevara is named in an open property maintenance case after a caller reported the landlord turned off water service at 8206 Ardenia Ln, allegedly saying residents were using too much water. The caller asked that an inspection be expedited because a child and an infirm person live there and was told their contact information becomes part of the public record, so city officials are now involved.
