5458 NEW CUT RD 9 opened a Code Violation for falling concrete and broken window

A tenant at 5458 New Cut Rd, Unit 9 reports concrete is falling off the building and says a 10-foot iron pole came through their apartment and broke a window. They say owner Louisville 53 LLC won’t fix the problem, and a property maintenance code-violation case is open noting the unit isn’t safe and could seriously injure someone while city follow-up is pending.
