3601 HYCLIFFE AVE: Property Maintenance Case Opened for Storm Drain Obstruction

John Cassidy Cook has an open property-maintenance case at 3601 Hycliffe Ave after installing a stone curb about 4–6 inches high between the street and a corner storm drain.
