Owner Dillon Thaddeus E has an open property-maintenance case after reporting that recycling pickup was skipped at 2070 Ravinia Ave — the neighbor at 2072 was missed too and maybe others. The record notes the caller couldn’t figure which category to use and that contacting 311 didn’t resolve the issue, so the city has it logged for follow-up.
