209 YORK ST 15 Code Violation: Flood from burst pipe; unit uninhabitable
Kensington Partners is listed as the owner of 209 York St, Unit 15, and an open property-maintenance code case was filed after a water pipe burst on Feb. 2. The tenant reports the flood soaked common hallways and their entire apartment — wet carpet, ceiling holes, no heat or hot water — with clothes and furniture becoming moldy. They say the conditions are causing injuries and illnesses, a BMG contact called the unit uninhabitable, and management has refused requests to make repairs or relocate them.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
