1479 S 4TH ST 4A code violation: leaks and mold

Belgravia Apartments Corp is listed as the owner of 1479 South 4th Street, Unit 4A, and there’s an open property maintenance case after the unit was originally cited for more than six leaks. The report says the HOA plastered over the issues instead of paying for mold remediation, and the problems have returned — black mold in the bathroom ceiling, cracked plaster and tile, bubbling and leaking ceilings in the dining room and den, a bedroom leak from an upstairs washer/dryer installation, plus cockroaches — and the tenant has reported it back to the HOA.
