1720 MAE STREET KIDD AVE code violation for uncleaned sidewalk and ramp
A tenant at 1720 Mae Street Kidd Ave reports an open property-maintenance code violation saying management hasn’t sent anyone to clean the sidewalk, parking lot, or handicap ramp. The Housing Authority of Louisville is listed as the owner, and the tenant says the blocked exit even forced them to cancel a doctor’s appointment while the case remains open and awaiting follow-up.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
