The owner, Estate of James B. Lents, has an open property-maintenance case for 5701 South Watterson Trail after reports that a stripped, abandoned car and a dumped sofa are sitting in the property's open entry just south of the Stone Bluff subdivision. Neighbors say the debris has been there since last summer and it's called an eyesore, so the city has the case open to get it cleaned up.
