Louisville Metro Housing Authority is the owner listed on an open property-maintenance case after a resident at 1004 W Jefferson St, Unit 101 reported no heat for two weeks and says other units have been cold for months. Management reportedly gave two space heaters that don’t warm the whole apartment, and the complaint is now with the city to follow up and get repairs scheduled.
