1712 WILLIAM E SUMMERS III AVE Code violation: leaking sink, roaches, foundation

Housing Authority of Louisville is named in an open property-maintenance complaint at 1712 William E. Summers III Ave after a resident reported a leaking kitchen sink, a broken sprayer, and makeshift flooring placed under the basin. The resident says the sink bottom and the foundation beneath it need replacement and that roaches are coming out of the drain — a plumbing and pest problem the city has an active record to address.
