4209 Outer Loop opened for code violation at medical facility
Kaaki LLC, owner of the medical facility at 4209 Outer Loop, has an open property-maintenance case for code violations. Reports say the basement has been flooded for more than a year and is full of black mold, mold is appearing through several walls, roaches have been spotted, and a back-floor area is soft and sinks underfoot — the owner has reportedly been notified multiple times but hasn’t made plans to correct the problems.
