1206 Cecil Ave Code Violation for mice infestation
A property maintenance case has been opened for owner Kenneth Yates after a resident reported a visible mice infestation at 1206 Cecil Ave. The complainant says the problem is so bad they can’t stay in the home, and the record is listed as open while inspectors and the owner follow up to get the place cleared and safe.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
