1908 Hazelwood Ct Code Violation: obstructive cul-de-sac parking
Donald L. Welch Jr., the owner, has an open code-violation property-maintenance case concerning 1908 Hazelwood Ct. Neighbors say the new residents have been less than courteous, taking over the cul-de-sac with street parking—specifically a Red Chevy Equinox in front of 1906, a Grey Toyota 4Runner in front of 1909, a Silver Chrysler 200 in front of 1905, and a White Nissan truck in front of 1908. The report describes the activity as "quiet yet suspicious," and the case remains open while city staff follow up.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
