5301 Adkins Rd Code Enforcement visit for auto repair activity
Owners Helm Lilburn R and Helen B are named in an open property-maintenance case alleging a makeshift auto repair operation at 5301 Adkins Rd. Neighbors report up to 13 cars on the lot, vehicles brought in on trailers, a large tent in the backyard and people working day and night—so Code Enforcement has been asked to visit, a zoning case is open, and the record also requests confirmation the property is on the rental registry.
