1641 Portland Ave opened for code violation due to homeless camping
Louisville Grows Inc has an open property-maintenance (code violation) case at 1641 Portland Ave after a neighbor reported people camping on the vacant lot "back near the trees." The caller says the campers have been coming onto nearby properties, trying doors, banging on windows and screaming in the early morning and rummaging through garbage, so the complaint asks for city action and the case is listed as open.
