3426 LARKWOOD AVE opened code enforcement case for illegal dumping
Property owner Kilgore Gregory H Sr and Charlotte R reports someone illegally dumped mattresses, bags of garbage, and other debris in the fenced lot at 3426 Larkwood Ave. The caller says the whole alley is a mess and that some bags may contain identifying information, so a property maintenance case is open to get it cleared up.
