1725 Duncan Street opened for code violation due to junk and rats
A property maintenance case has been opened for 1725 Duncan St after a caller reported a lot of junk in the backyard and side yard. Owner Michael L. Edds is listed on the open code-violation record, and the report notes neighbors have seen rats coming from the property — so inspectors will likely need to clear the debris and address the rodent issue.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
