123 Hartwell Ct 4 opened code violation for property maintenance issues
Heritage Green Holdings LLC has an open property maintenance case at 123 Hartwell Ct, Unit 4 after a tenant reported a possum or raccoon getting into the apartment through holes in the kitchen walls. The tenant says the animal keeps reopening patches and maintenance has been handing out mice traps despite the problem being much larger, and they were informed their contact information is part of the public record.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
