2104 Bank St opened a Code Violation for dumping a couch on the parking pad
A resident reported that someone dumped a couch, box spring and other debris on the parking pad in the alley at 2104 Bank St. The property is owned by Drury Eugene T, and the city has opened an active property maintenance code-violation case to get the mess cleared.
