716 Brentwood Ave Opened for Property Maintenance Code Violation

A property maintenance/code violation case has been opened for owner Shively Zach at 716 Brentwood Ave after a neighbor reported the resident is feeding stray cats all day. The caller says the cats keep coming onto 718 Brentwood and leaving droppings that cause odor and extra cleanup, and the situation has also been reported to Animal Services while the open case is reviewed.
