3137 Vermont Ave code violation reported for vacant home without lights or water
Smittys Realty LLC has an open property maintenance/code-violation case at 3137 Vermont Ave after a neighbor reported the house has no lights or water and people have been seen coming and going regularly. The caller says the owner promised to board the place up but hasn’t done so yet, so the city has the complaint on file and may require the property to be secured or repaired.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
