2314 ROWAN ST opened code violation for garbage cans in street

Aden Afifa has an open property maintenance case at 2314 Rowan St after a neighbor complained that garbage cans left in the street next to vehicles are attracting rodents and roaches. The report says the cans were moved about 10 feet but remain “superbly nasty” inside and should be cleaned and relocated to the rear or another better spot to prevent pests.
