128 QUIET CREEK CT LOUISVILLE KY 40229: Code violation for roach infestation
Stratton 333 LLC is listed as the owner in an open property maintenance case at 128 Quiet Creek Ct after residents reported a roach infestation affecting many townhouse units. Tenants say property management brushed it off as "a frequent complaint" and that monthly pest-control visits stopped a couple months ago, so the issue is officially on file while neighbors wait to see if treatment resumes.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
