801 Brentwood Ave opened a Code Violation for property maintenance issues

Owner Fernando Alvarez Garcia has an open property maintenance case at 801 Brentwood Ave after a concerned citizen reported a rat infestation and lots of trash and debris. Inspectors note toilets, rolled carpet, building materials and other items scattered through the front, side and back yards (some of it may be hard to see behind the fence), and the city is following up.
