7210 Alameter Ct opened for code violation: illegal parking

Residents at 7213 Alameter are reported to be illegally parking up to four cars with all four wheels on neighbors’ lawns—and recently even a 26-foot box truck—across the street. Owner Nichols Chauncey D is listed at 7210 Alameter Court on an open property-maintenance code-violation complaint that also says the vehicles sometimes block a neighbor’s driveway and that the house may house about nine residents.
