8500 Aspen Glen Way code violation over dead tree limbs hitting roof

Ms. Diane Madson says the Bradford Pear tree outside her unit at 8500 Aspen Glen Way has dead, overgrown limbs that are hitting the roof and could be a hazard during storms or when people walk to their cars or get the mail. She’s asked her condo association and the owner, JDK Properties of Kentucky LLC, to remove the dead and overhanging limbs; the property maintenance code case is currently open while the city reviews the complaint.
