7430 Terry Rd Code Violation opened: Mud ruts from TARC buses

Speedway SuperAmerica LLC is listed in a property maintenance case at 7430 Terry Rd after a neighbor reported mud ruts on the Terry Rd side of the lot, allegedly caused by TARC buses. Public Works closed the work order, saying that stretch is private Speedway property and the owner is responsible for fixing and maintaining it rather than the city.
