400 E MAIN ST opened a code violation for property maintenance

Park Place Lofts Council Of Co Owner has an open property maintenance case at 400 E Main St after a business complained about ongoing sidewalk and street issues. The report asks to remove a bench in front of the store, flags several uneven sidewalk spots that are a hazard for mostly tourist foot traffic, and says the storefront staff have been cleaning the street and even cleared a totally blocked drain because the city crew hadn’t.
