4107 Plymouth Rd Open Code Violation for sewage hole and odor

Owner Joseph Anthony Corona has an open property-maintenance case at 4107 Plymouth Rd after a resident reported sewage surfacing in the backyard. The complaint says a hole by the back fence emitted smelly sewage on Dec. 16 and Dec. 25, and a second hole with liquid showed up in the same spot on Jan. 5; the resident notes they informed the neighbor.
