215 Lawson Lane opened code violation for mice infestation
Service Management of KY Inc. & Famil is listed as the owner in an open property-maintenance code complaint about a mouse infestation at 215 Lawson Ln. The tenant says they’ve tried to handle it themselves while mice chew through the walls from the outside and that the landlord hasn’t stepped in; the caller was told their contact information will be part of the public record—definitely not the kind of roommates anyone wants.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
