4511 S 6TH ST open code violation for property maintenance
Owner John Witt has an open property-maintenance case after city crews visited 4511 S 6th St multiple times to clean up debris. Neighbors report people living there are leaving items in the yard, one resident promised to build a fence to block the view from 4509 S 6th St but the items weren’t moved behind it, and there’s a tent set up in the backyard that’s not being used for camping.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
