4211 S 3RD ST opened for Code Violation: Illegal dumping at rear of property
Kroger Limited Partnership I has an open property maintenance case for the old Kroger at 4211 S 3rd St. Inspectors say that after the dumpster was removed there was trash and food left behind, and the rear of the site is now seeing a lot of illegal dumping, so the city has the case open to get the cleanup handled.
