4701 S 3RD ST opened Property Maintenance Case for debris near air compressor

Circle K is the subject of an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported a red container full of loose debris sitting by an air compressor on a concrete pad at 4701 S 3rd St. The property, owned by SCF RC Funding IV LLC, has been asked to secure or remove the debris so it doesn't blow into the alley, and city staff are set to follow up.
