917 ASH ST Code Violation filed for broken trash can with months of garbage

Belle & Bear Properties LLC has an open property-maintenance case after a broken trash can at 917 Ash St has sat with the same garbage for months. The owners do have a replacement can, but the old, smelly bin hasn’t been removed and trash is starting to fall onto the ground. City staff have the case open to get the mess cleaned up.
