1641 Stafford Ave: Open code violation for items left in yard for a month
Who: Owner Mora Grettel Labrada is listed on an open property maintenance code violation after a neighbor reported a couch, TV, mirror and other items sitting in the yard at 1641 Stafford Ave for at least a month. The caller said the residents may not speak strong English and might not know how to schedule a bulky-item pickup, so the city looks to be following up to help get the items cleared and point them to the right appointment process.
