3213 Bowie Dr code violation for fallen tree, rotted roots, and parking slab
Owner Withers Chartrice N has an open property maintenance case after a neighbor reported a second tree collapse in the backyard at 3213 Bowie Dr. The fallen tree and reportedly rotted roots have left the concrete slab unusable for parking a vehicle or RV, and neighbors say they handled the last incident themselves but are asking the city to inspect and get the root/cleanup issue taken care of going forward.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
