Owners Gary W. Jenkens (Trustee) and Sus Jenkens have an open property-maintenance case for 17834 Birch Bend Cir. Neighbors say open garbage has sat in the backyard for about five days, blowing into the woods and surrounding yards, so the city opened the violation to get it cleaned up.
