A tenant has filed a property maintenance complaint about drafty insulation and windows at 2130 W Madison St, saying the landlord hasn’t responded and their utility bills are skyrocketing. The open code-violation case lists owner Louisville Historic Rising 2014 LLLP, notes the furnace works but heat quickly escapes through the windows, and the resident is ok with being named and asks that an inspector call before visiting.
