Council of Coowners of College Court has an open property-maintenance case at 1 College Ct after a tenant reported no heat since winter began and no working bathtub or shower since moving in July. The tenant says the stove is unusable (they’ve been getting by with an electric eye and toaster oven), that the landlord told them to “just move,” and that the landlord’s mother and wife have contacted them by voicemail, email, and text — all while rent has continued to be paid.
