Owners Thomas W. Barker and Edwinna C. Barker have an open property maintenance case after neighbors reported a torn-up couch that’s been sitting on the street in front of 9200 Fenmore Ave for more than a week. The case is active, so the city or the owners may be asked to remove the debris soon to tidy up the curb.
