1027 QUEEN AVE cited for rear garage roof disrepair
A property maintenance code-violation was filed against TRANSFORWARD INT LLC after a citizen reported the rear garage at 1027 Queen Ave has a caved-in roof and is in disrepair. The case is open and awaiting inspections, so that damaged garage is officially on the city’s radar until repairs or further action are documented.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
