Housing Authority of Louisville has an open property-maintenance code case for 964 S 6th St after furniture was left on the Kentucky Street side and needs to be properly disposed of. The case remains open, so inspectors may follow up or require the owner to remove the bulk items if they aren’t cleared soon.
