7313 Beulah Church Rd opened a code violation for trash piles

Owner Tyson Straub is the subject of an open property maintenance case after reports of piles of brush, railroad ties, and cinder blocks at the eastern (rear) part of his lot at 7313 Beulah Church Rd, just southwest of the Shobe Lane and Florist Drive intersection. Complainants say the debris has sat there at least six months and may violate the Property Maintenance Code, and inspectors found no building permits on file for the property. Metro has the case open for inspection and follow-up.
