3428 DUTCHMANS LN Code Violation opened for unmaintained area behind property

A property maintenance complaint is open for 3428 Dutchmans Ln after neighbors say the area behind the building owned by Highlands Funeral Home Inc. is overgrown with trash, tall grass and rotting wood from a dumpster enclosure. Residents report an increase in rodents — including a dead rat found on a driveway and an industrial trap on a neighbor’s property — and say Metro 311 pointed to MSD while MSD says it only maintains underground pipes, so the complaint asks who’s responsible and when the cleanup will happen.
