513 S 20TH ST cited for property maintenance code violation
Owner Hunyu Hannah Wanjiru has an open property maintenance case at 513 S 20th St after a caller reported an overflowing dumpster during a house cleanout. Neighbors say trash, broken glass, tires, clothes, cardboard boxes and other junk were left on the property and spilled into the street beside the house.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
