1413 Bland Street: Code Violation filed over workers parking in neighbor's lot

The record lists Volunteers Of America Mid-States Inc as the owner of 1413 Bland St; the caller has photos, is worried the project won’t provide enough parking for the number of units, and wants to speak with an inspector about long-term enforcement.
