6307 Eureka Ave opened for property maintenance code violation

Owner Garcia Herson Levi Pantoja is the subject of an open property maintenance code-violation case at 6307 Eureka Ave. A long-term neighbor complaint says the front yard is littered with trash and bare dirt that turns to mud, the backyard reportedly contains numerous (some deceased) chickens, a large burn pit, standing water and an apparently occupied trailer, plus multiple vehicles out front and alleged unpermitted auto-mechanic and semi-tractor work—residents are asking the city for fair, consistent enforcement.
