1343 S 2ND ST 2 opened for code violation inspection
A tenant at 1343 S 2nd St, Unit 2 has asked the city to inspect the apartment, saying utilities may be wired wrong and she’s being charged for things that shouldn’t be on her circuit, like hallway lights and heat. She also reports smelling fumes — LG&E and the fire department checked and found no obvious problems — and the property is owned by First Street Realty LLC with a property maintenance/code-violation case open.
The city has not published a date for when this began.
