730 IROQUOIS AVE code violation opened for busted pipe causing basement flooding
A property-maintenance code case has been opened for 730 Iroquois Ave after a caller reported an elderly occupant and a busted pipe that left the basement and the yard around the cellar area flooded. Owner Joan Hayes is listed on the record and the case is open while city staff follow up — the caller said they'd been knocking for about 10 minutes with no one answering.
