Heritage Green Holdings LLC has an open property-maintenance case after a resident at 125 E Kingston Ave Unit 2 reported their heat went out — and it’s the third time. The tenant asked the city to investigate, so inspectors are expected to check the heating system and help get the unit warmed up.
